As per NYS law all children under the age of 8 must be secured in an approved car seat and those who break the law are subject to a fine. They make these things called breast pumps where you can put your milk in a bottle for situations like these or you just wait until you are out of the vehicle. It doesn't matter if you are in a taxi or car service! You either need to bring a car seat with you or the car service must provide one for you. They are all subjected to the same laws and finest. I saw a livery cab driver have to give up a customer and send her in another car because he wasn't equipped with a car seat and he didn't want to risk a fine.

There is no excuse for this at all. She's officially crazy. I have a baby with GERD (severe reflux) and when she's crying in the back bc she needs to spit up I still DO NOT take her out of her car seat, I either pull over or if were close enough to home, let her cry until we pull into our driveway. It seems more important to her that she blocks the child's picture from being taken than putting her in a child safety seat and that's too bad, because that could end up being a fatal mistake. As far as I know buckling your child up for long or *** trips is the (LAW) in ALL 50 STATES! She also may have an idea that because she is Beyonce that her baby is safe from harm no matter what she does and if she is thinking like that I would caution her to please wake up.... Take note from Halle Berry,Christina Milian and others that if you release photos of your child occasionally then they will have no public value and you can come and go as you please. Don't turn her into a one kid sideshow by covering her up constantly.
Im not saying that this is okay but it happens a lot. If my daughter needs to breastfeed, we don't pull over over and wait until she's done. Again, Im not justifying it, but it truly happens a lot. I see children out of car seats simply driving down a street. You guys are making a big deal just to satisfy your hatred for beyonce. You can read the comments to tell how society is *** on LAW itself. Car seats and seat belts where design not to protect but to raise capital..Neither of these items are guaranteed to save lives but a law would bring in more revenue.. and the government doesn't care if you live or die people. @Ensabahnur exactly smh. If they cared so much about the safety of kids, our schools would all have seatbelts. If a kid is caught outside of a car seat, that's a guaranteed $300 where i live. Red light cameras is another cash cow for the government. Fact: Over half of carseats are improperly strapped in anyhow, which is just as bad as not using one. These people googling need to find out if their kid is in danger while they're at it.
For everyone that keeps saying maybe she put her in a seat after they pulled off is crazy. In our household, the car doesn't move until everyone is buckled in. Breastfeeding is NO EXCUSE, pull over. You can get in a car accident sitting still, you can be the best driver in the world and still get into an accident...its other drivers you should look out for, its never too early or too late to get hit by a drunk driver. I dont know about everyone else but my child's carseat comes with a base that stays in the car, all I have to do is click the seat onto the base, less than 10 seconds. She just does not have the maternal instincts that a first time mother should have. She looks so POOR and HOMELESS carrying that child on her chest all the time.

I'm sure that car seat was right next to her and maybe she was about to place Blue in it when her driver sped out trying to dodge the paps. Or maybe she was about to breast feed a hungry baby Blue.
