It was actually video footage where she should a lot of stuff, not just a pic. I've seen Blue in the last month when she was carrying the baby in a baby sling. Beyonce showed her baby bump when she wore a bikini a few times. Stormzoe, the hospital already said that they didn't get any complaints from any parents while they were there. You would think that would've been the first people to complain to if there was really a problem. The NY Health Department also released a statement in which they talked to the majority of their parents there, who said that they had no problems at all. They didn't find any violations at all.
