The details of the lawsuit and the identity of the girlfreind are still SKETCHY since the lawsuit is not yet available online. But we're told that the nature of the claim is that Kanye's "girlfriend" claims that Kim "stole" Kanye from her.

I don't think that's the reason. There was a story circulating the net that Kim and Kanye have a *** tape. What Kim did was try to use a girl that Kanye used to date and say that it was that chick who was in the video. Kim even started posting pictures of the girl and saying they were older pictures of her, to confuse the public on whether it was Kim in the tape or not. I'm pretty sure that's the chick tryin to sue Kim.
This is another *** dumb MTO story. Anyway, Kanye is not an object so how can he be stolen. He was not married. He was friends with her for years, chasing her and when the right opportunity came they ended up together. He is where he wants to be. I hate it when a man cheats or leaves they blame it on the other woman when he was the one who made the decision to step out.
