Beyonce has braids with extensions, which I don't consider to be on par with a long flowing weave with respect to fakeness, but it's not natural. In fact, people typically wear human hair weaves but when it comes to braids, the extensions are usually synthetic hair.

First and foremost, Baby Blue is just that...A BABY! If she wasn't natural, somebody should be responsible for calling CPS on the whole Carter household.
