I am a Maxwell stan, just seen him in concert at the Borgata Atlantic City and Foxwoods CT, nothing wrong with his appearance at all. The picture you have posted MTO is from 16 years ago, everyone ages. You cannot compare a 23 year old Maxwell to a 39 year old Maxwell. I think he looks just fine, still sexy, aging gracefully and voice still amazing... Maxwell is just fine, trust me.

The music industry and entertainment industry dogs performers out. Esp the black ones... We all see it they love em 1 minute... making all of them strive to be "POP"... another word for popular with white people... Then only to take everything away from them and replace them for newer younger acts.... A lot of black artist dont appreciate black support.. A lot of blogs dont give artist fair coverage either. Its messed up and its been messed up you would think that with all this technology Rhythm and Blues would find a way... It always will be problematic for blacks because they dont depend on their community for support and turn their backs on their real fans for pop culture... Maxwell is a awesome artist and I wish him the best esp in that Zoo of a Industry called the Music Business.
