Well the pic of Vin Diesel is from 2003 when the euro MTV awards were held in Edinburgh, and the one of Diddy is from 2010 when he played a gig in Glasgow. Both were paying a little homage to the country they were visiting and their Scottish fans which is nice. They were one off occasions and it's a bit of a stretch to put these pics, especially taken 7 years apart, together and claim it's an emerging trend. As for Kanye's outfit, he's on his own I've no idea why he was wearing that nonsense. (FYI in Scotland kilts are ceremonial costume, guys don't typically wear them going about their day to day business, only special occasions)
