: We heard RUMORS earlier this year that Yandy's babys father, Mandeeces, who is FEATURED on this season of the show Love And Hip Hop was accused of abusing a 15 year old girl related to one of his ex-girlfriends.
Well he's innocent until proven guilty, but we wonder how they're going to deal with THIS on the show. Anyways, here is the report from NorhJersey.com:
Jury selection began Wednesday in Hackensack for the trial of a hip-hop reality TV star accused of molesting an underage girl in Lodi two years ago.Bergen County prosecutors allege that Harris asked for and received oral sex from the girl and fondled her on various occasions between September 2009 and April 2010. He was arrested later that year and charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
Harris remains free without bail. He was not present in state Superior Court in Hackensack during jury selection Wednesday. Court officials expect to have a full panel of jurors by Thursday, and attorneys are scheduled to make opening remarks on Jan. 29.
WoW! you have a trial for something so heinous as Child Molestation and you still appear on a Reality Show. What Arrogance! SMH.. and Yandy has to know about it.. I'm sorry, even if some of you enablers think the girl is 15, and "fast", he is older and should know better. Lets stop blaming kids or adults actions.

Who wrote the court Affidavit ? At the beginning of the third paragraph it states, " Harris remains free without bail". How can you be free without bail? You can be free on bail, but without bail you're still locked up. C'mon mto, get it right. The story may be true , but someone at mto made up this Affidavit. smh
I just dont get why dudes would f with a chick knowing that shes that young because you can talk about how so many of these 15,14,16 yr olds look 24 and what not but still once you know that they are underage why go there? Doesnt make a bit of sense but yet still people wanna go on and on about how they look grown/act grown/are fast/experienced etc etc But you still cant explain why you wouldnt just go to a grown woman for that when you know thats some serious *** to get caught up in. I mean if your reasoning is she looks/acts/talks like shes grown and thats what you like then ok you obviously are attracted to the grown woman thing so just get one and save yourself the drama...... sheesh
