: There may be a little DRAMA going on in the world of Beyonce land - or at least some DIVA behavior. We all know that Beyonce got to sing the National Anthem at yesterday's inauguration - but she did NOT get the opportunity to perform at one of the official Inaugural balls.
MediaTakeOut.com spoke with a person FAMILIAR with the inauguration ball planning who tells us that Beyonce "wanted to perform at both the inauguration and the ball . . . she wanted to debut one of her new songs [off her new album]."
Well there weren't enough slots for Beyonce to do both, so she was given the choice - sing the national anthem, or sing the first dance at the official ball. The insider explained, "Beyonce chose to sing the [national] anthem."
But it looks like Bey may NOT have been happy about being "LIMITED" by the president. Because as SOON as the inauguration was over - Beyonce HOPPED ON A JET OUT OF TOWN. The insider added, "Beyonce and Jay Z attended the brunch [with the president after the inauguration] and then left town. Everyone was surprised they weren't staying [for the balls]. I think even [the President] was."
Wow, so just because you CAN'T PERFORM - that means you CAN'T ATTEND??? Don't let us find out that Beyonce is SH*TTING on our prez in private . . .
