Black people are the quickest to play the victim card. The history of abuse against them, which happened so long ago that we do not even resemble the same country, is the excuse as to why everything has got to be a slight against them.
The truth is, the inability to look past the historical period of inequality, and the need, want and motivation to always be a victim... combined with the fact of not being culpable for your actions and blaming your problems on others by accusing them of having racist motivations, IS THE REAL REASON RACISM IS PERPETUATED.
Racism is not perpetuated by singular racist acts...it is perpetuated by the widespread thought process that anything and everything that does not go your way, MUST be due to racism. That is why you will see racism all but disappear once previous generations who REALLY experienced it expires...it is being held onto so tightly, that it is holding many people back.
To be honest...most of y'all don't even know enough black history to celebrate it for an entire month. You only know what they taught you which is Rosa Parks, MLK, Thurgood Marshall, & Frederick Douglas...the Black History Month is merely a reminder to all black people in America, that their ancestors were nothing more than slaves & 2nd class citizens. They sure as hell won't teach you about Pan Africanism or Black nationalists like Huey Newton & Marcus Garvey.

Tyler the creator is the dopest rapper to ever do music. These so called rappers out here could never compare to his lyrics all dese rappers sound the same. Same style same lyrics same everything tyler is diffrent and isnt affraid to show it. Instead of throwing dirt on his name take the time out to listen to his music.

Well I Agree with him!! You see more people in line to get Jordan's than you do at school. I do feel that some not all of us (African American) enjoy putting each other down. And there are many black celebs that reach out to the youth you just don't hear about it cause you rather hear the negative. And it's not always the celebs who have possibly the biggest platform that give back. Think of the millions of affluent, underwater white homeowners demanding taxpayer-funded bailouts to pay the bills they chose to run up and can no longer afford. ^You really don't know much about the origins and meaning of Black History Month do you? Black History Month was started by a black man, Carter G. Woodson to educate people of all races and about the historic contributions and accomplishments of persons of African heritage. The fact that you think it's "...one month to...complain..." is evidence that further education is needed.
