: MediaTakeOut.co had been following with GREAT INTEREST the trial of Love And Hip Hop star Yandy Smith's babys father, Mendeecees. Bergen County authorities claim that he was MOLESTING his former girlfriend's 15 year old daughter . . . and then forced her into prostitution.
Well the JURY did not believe the charges - because yesterday afternoon Mendeecees was found NOT GUILTY of all charges. When the verdict was read, Yandy and others in the court started SCREAMING in joy - and CRYING.
But Mendeecees is not out of the FIRE yet. He's being charged in NEW YORK for being a major drug dealers. Mendeecees is currently LOCKED UP and will be extradited to face trial on DRUG KINGPIN charges.
If convicted on the DRUG charges, Mendeecees faces LIFE IN PRISON.
Don't know what really happened but the story and accusations seemed weak from the beginning. How did he molest his son's mother's daughter but have full custody of the son? And if the mother found out, why didn't she turn him over to the police then? And she kicked her own daughter out supposedly when she found out... Nah too much shadiness
YO I WAS SCARD TO DEATH for Yandy, she dn't deserve all that, girl just had her baby, andi know how that feels i just had one too and its hard, i know her mom there but she would feell way if her man wasn't , charges like that keep you away from your own kids and you can tell the guy wats to be there for her, unlike mine who only ever speant 40 dollars o some formula. Yandy i wish your family the best.

We all don't know for sure whether he molested her or not. Maybe there was no evidence of it. I know one thing is for sure even if he was acquitted you would not leave your child alone with him. Just like R Kelly once youre called a child molester it stays with you whether you are one or not. You just can't take that risk with your chid.
I never believed it in the first place and I said it in every post I made under all the headlines. Praise God!!!! Im so happy for him...yandy...and their families. People dont really wanna see you happy these days so they will do anything to bring you down. Half the people who commented....prejudged and accused the man and didnt even know what was going on so let this be a prime example to everyone....innocent until proven guilty. So many innocent people are serving time and thats the sad part but Im glad Mandeecees had God's favor. I hope things work out for him on those drug convictions. Times are extremely hard nowadays so I know fast money is tempting....especially when youre tryna survive and support a fam....I just wish him the best in this situation also. Hope theres something that can be done to prevent him from serving life...if evidence is relevant. God is a God of many chances...too bad people arent the same way.

you act as if you know for sure he is completely innocent. none of us know for sure! i bet if it were your daughter, you wouldn't be so sure, would you? just like there are plenty of innocent people behind bars for this type of crime, there are even MORE guilty men getting away with it! trust me, there is some doubt in yandee's mind.....there has to be. he's a former drug kingpin....how hard do you think lying really good is?
Everyone that's congratulating him must have not read the rest of the story. "DRUG KINGPIN," as MTO puts it, and might be going to jail for life. Cheering for a guy that obviously is out there doing wrong, just bc he's on a show. If it were any regular Joe off the street, there would be no sympathy. Not to mention, probably a show that's on its last season since all of the entertaining cast members are gone.
